Once you decide to invest in our loans, follow the steps below.
Investor Registration
This is a one time requirement to access your Investor Information
- On www.cascofi.com, go to Investors in the Main Menu on top
- Select the Investor Portal to find directions to access your Investor Information
- If you are not registered to the portal yet, a registration/login page pulls up for you to register
Note that if you are accessing investor information from a new device or browser, you need to login again
(with the credentials obtained during registration)
Account Information
- The Investor Portal offers instructions on how to access your Account Information
- We use 3 different services to process, sign and archive the loan documents and your loan portfolio
- Each service has its own login requirements—please keep track of them for future access!
New Investor Forms
Required to complete and submit by New Investors Only,
find them at the bottom of the Portal Page
